Just two years after Brooke Shields unloaded her longtime Los Angeles estate for $7.4 million, the mansion is back up for grabs for $8.65 million, The Post has learned.
The actress and model bought the property in 1997 for $3.24 million with her then-husband, tennis great Andre Agassi.
In 2022, Shields sold the 5,300-square-foot mansion to actor Sam Page and his wife, Cassidy Elliott, who were able to negotiate a price reduction of about $600,000 at the time.
Located in the highly coveted Upper Riviera neighborhood of Pacific Palisades, this three-story townhouse style home is a rare gem on the LA market, offering both canyon and mountain views.
Comprising five bedrooms and six bathrooms, the home comes furnished and enclosed, and has been designed for both comfort and elegance – with rich Douglas fir hardwood floors and a gourmet kitchen fitted with Viking appliances and marble countertops .
A standout feature is the top-floor master suite, where dual fireplaces add warmth to the bedroom and bathroom complete with a steam shower, sauna and freestanding tub.
The master bedroom features a balcony with views of the Getty Museum.
The outdoor space elevates the property even further, offering a swimming pool, a spa and a barbecue area ideal for entertaining.
Entertainment features include a wet bar, a game room and a media lounge.
Before Shields, 59, sold the home, she had the property on the rental market in 2015 for $30,000 a month and then again in 2018 for $25,000.
Former tenants include Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner while they were going through a divorce and cohabiting for their children.
David Kramer, Alla Furman and Andrew Buss of Hilton & Hyland/Forbes Global Properties hold the listing.
Shields, meanwhile, still maintains her five-bedroom, four-story home in New York City and a home in the Hamptons that she shares with her husband, screenwriter and producer Chris Henchy.
